The Lithuanian National Museum of Art temporarily suspends exhibitions and public events
Dear visitors, in response to the decisions of the Ministry of Culture to suspend the activity of all public cultural venues due to the coronavirus pandemic, until 11th of May we temporarily close: Vilnius Picture Gallery, Vytautas Kasiulis Art Museum, Pranas Domšaitis Gallery, Clock and Watch Museum.
On the 5th of May we open again exhibition „Civilisations of Ukraine. From Trypillian Culture and Scythian Gold to Maidan“ at the Museum of Applied Arts and Design (Arsenalo Str. 3A, Vilnius), exhibition „Red Becomes White whilst Falling. Linas Leonas Katinas“ at the National Gallery of Art (Konstitucijos Ave. 22, Vilnius) and the Palanga Amber Museum (Vytauto Str. 17, Palanga). Visitors are required to wear face masks, groups of more than 2 people are not allowed in, except families and people with special attendants. Cloakroom closed. 2 m social distancing.
