On the 6th of November the Radvila Palace Museum of Art and Vytautas Kasiulis Museum of Art will be open from 11 am to 10 pm

In regards to upcoming quarantine, we want to use this last opportunity to show you the newly opened exhibitions at our museums before closing down completely on 7 November. Tomorrow, on 6 November, from 11am to 10 pm, the exhibition ’The Invisible Enemy Should Not Exist (Room G)’ by Michael Rakowitz along with ’Protest Art: The Rebels of the Soviet Era’ showcasing the works from the Vladimir Tarasov’s collection, will be open at the Radvila Palace Museum of Art. The same opening hours are applied to the exhibition ’In Pursuit of Paris: the Stories of the VAA Residence Cité Internationale des Arts’ opening today at the Vytautas Kasiulis Museum of Art, presenting a wide collection of works and artefacts by 31 Lithuanian artists who participated in a residency programme of Vilnius Academy of Arts in Paris at Cité Internationale des Arts.

 

 

Caring for the safety and wellbeing of the museum’s employees and its visitors, we would like to remind you that current safety regulations require wearing face masks and maintaining social distance of at least 1 m. Please follow the instructions given by the museum personnel and the signage that is placed throughout the museum floor to help encourage proper social distancing. Don’t forget to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow before coughing or sneezing. In order to avoid any contact, it is highly recommended to purchase your ticket with a card.
